I can only thank you for the professionalism of the Bain Blue therapists. Especially to Hakim for the massage he received. Relaxing and deep at the same time, a great professional. I will carry this memory with me all my life.

Fantastic experience!! Totally recommend it for anyone who wants to try traditional Hammam in Marrakesh! All the staff was very friendly and welcome! Special mention to Hakim for the best back massage I ever had. Always making sure that I was not feeling pain during the massage and had very positive vibes. Thanks!
My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Le Bain Bleu. Our massages (one “relaxing” and the other “stimulating” with Karima and Marina were a highlight.
Just some constructive feedback - towels should be a provided after the hammam as I got into my gown wet, with very wet hair and then after the massage had to put on a damp gown. But otherwise a great experience!
Hakim, my masseuse, was excellent. Kind, friendly, and an expert at his craft. I get massages often and I really enjoyed the balance between it being relaxing and working into my tight muscles. I left feeling very relaxed.
The hammam was nice but ultimately not worth the price. It’s just getting lathered with different lotions/creams and being washed by someone else. I enjoyed it and the setting is beautiful but the hammam did not feel like a luxury experience.
Contrary to other reviews, I found the staff to all be very pleasant and friendly. I had ample time to relax and enjoy my tea afterwards.
Poor service. For similar price go to Elisa Spa or Hammam de la Rose. The hotel is of high quality and decor. Restaurant is also pleasant. But the spa is mismanaged poorly With very unprofessional ladies. They appear to be gossiping loudly and gathering around as if sitting in a cafe and the clients are an inconvenience. There is noise everywhere despite their own notices telling everyone to stay quiet. At one point the manager herself came into the ‘quiet’ relaxation room and loudly announced they were looking for someone who had booked a treatment!! My massage lady left the room half way and took 5mins to come back, she then left
the room again to get a towel and was missing for another 5-10 mins. No concept of creating a quiet, relaxing and peaceful environment. At the end of my massage, I sat in the relaxation lounge with 4 others. No one was offered any tea. I left after 15 mins and wanted to shower to remove the oil. I asked if I could have a towel, they responded surprised, ‘if you want a towel then I can give you one’. The shower facilities were dirty, with a big broom in there, they look like 1 star spa facility. Managers need to wake up and train their staff and learn that a spa is a quiet place not a cafe!! No high quality professionalism but they charge as much as 5 star spa but they are more of a 1 star place. No hairdryer. No etiquette of after service to offer tea or biscuits which is very basic. I did inform the managers at the end but they just stood blankly with no offer to compensate or offer additional service and said I could have a tea now if I wanted. Better management is needed in a hotel of this standard.
Excellent spa. I had a hamman and massage. Excellent restaurant on the roof.
My husband and I did the traditional hamman ritual. You sit in a hot stone, they put several clay and black masks on the body and scrubs with different tools. Then they wash your hair (shampoo and conditioner). Later you can relax in the …
